I'm sat here in a telecon meeting listening to various debates and something strikes me about it all.
People don't necessarily hear what you say or read what you write. They hear what gets filtered through their experience & expectations.
It can be very difficult to be patient enough to communicate (emotional fitness strikes again!).
Business world parallels the Horse world?
